Mark Barber – Founder of Blue Light Integrity
Mark is the visionary behind Blue Light Integrity, a platform dedicated to helping organizations track, measure, and enhance their interactions with the public. With a proven background in Applied Criminology with the University of Cambridge and 20 years in law enforcement, Mark is passionate about promoting transparency, accountability, and trust in public-facing services.
Drawing on his experience in law enforcement and criminology, Mark recognized the need for a data-driven approach to evaluating and improving public interactions. This led to the creation of Blue Light Integrity, a solution designed to provide actionable insights that drive ethical and professional engagement.
Committed to integrity and innovation, Mark continues to lead Blue Light Integrity with a focus on empowering organizations to uphold the highest standards in public service.
Our founder is a published author with Cambridge University. During his studies Mark designed, tracked and scored the quality of stop & search encounters with the public. Mark was able to design and implement a system that scored the interactions using a procedural justice methodology and identified good and poor interactions. Mark's system can be used by any organisation to improve their interactions with the public. Read more
